Arm-ID-illo Child Safety Arm bracelets Lowers risk of losing children.
A week ago, I was waiting for a taping for InFocus Atlanta, and I ran into an interesting couple promoting a very real issue. Jennifer and Tony Tiberia along with Amy and Todd Cameron created these Child safety ID bracelets out of their own experience as parents having been in situations where they couldn’t find their child in a crowded place. So they created an easily identifiable, wear-resistant, waterproof bracelet that shows the caretaker’s phone number on it. This way if a grown-up spots a kid who looks lost and sees the bracelet, they would be able to phone the caretaker resolving the situation almost immediately and without too much panic. The bracelet was after the armadillo because this little animal, born wearing a natural suit of armor, is known as a symbol of safety. Matter of fact, the Spanish word armadillo literally translates into “little armored one,” which is exactly how they wanted to see the children who wear the bracelet, safe from harm. The bracelet is cool, trendy and unisex so that kids want to wear it and it also is easy to use and affordable so parents will want to buy it. So, if you are a parent, you might think about buying one of these bracelets for each of your children. You never know when this type of scary situation of not being able to find your children can creep upon you and want to be well prepared. One kit runs $14.99 and includes:
- One (1) silicone bracelet
- One (1) call “pupz”
- One (1) logo “pupz”
- Forty (40) numbered “pupz, 4 each of numbers 0-9
- Instruction booklet
- Plastic storage container
