A workshop on setting boundaries
Brief Description:  A great source of stress for many people is over-commitment.  Over-commitment comes from the inability to set boundaries.  In this workshop we explore what healthy boundaries are, and how setting boundaries can positively reduce the stress levels in our daily lives.  By the end of this workshop participants will be able to identify areas where boundaries may need to be set, and learn how to set healthy boundaries.
