The Process of Change: Learning why it’s so hard to start and maintain  new behaviors
Brief Description:  Many people know what to do for their well-being but have a hard time implementing new behaviors. This workshop explores change as a process, and looks at the different aspects of changing behavior.  By the end of this workshop participants will be able to evaluate what stage of change their in, what their own road blocks are, and should be able to set up support systems and small actions steps to get them on their way to their desired goals.
