Work Life Balance: The Daily Juggle
Brief Description: A great source of stress in the workplace and in life in general for many people is the inability to balance life and work, and life AT work. This is an often overlooked highly important aspect of Life Balance in all areas. Part of this is a result of inability or unwillingness to set boundaries. In this workshop we explore how setting boundaries can positively reduce the stress levels and increase performance in our work and personal lives. By the end of this workshop participants will be able to identify areas where boundaries may need to be set at work and at home, and learn how to use healthy boundaries to balance life and work, as well as balance life AT work.
Length of Workshop: 60-120 min
